In Khmer Class of round 1 was a wonderful lesson which we have to create the VIP tour in Liger in Khmer language. We have spend several weeks to discuses and translate into Khmer. We also have a workshop with Juniors cohort to share the lesson of VIP tour in Khmer, did some activities, new vocabulary, and started to practice with real tour to get more understanding of Khmer VIP tour. This was a fantastic time share what I learned to my friends and delighted to see their smile and get aware of this lesson. They did a really great job to be active listen, collaborate, and respect each other.
After, we have workshop with our cohort, there was also VIP tour for the students who came from Kampong Cham province of KAPE (Kampuchea Action to Promote Education). This was a first time that I and my teammate have to lead to the workshop with students from KAPE which we have to prepare games and activities are fun and educated. At the first time, I saw them are very bit of shy, but as the time goes on and we spend sometimes to have chit chat, sharing our dream, and played game together. I felt they are getting more talkative and comfortable to talk with us more and more. This was a great time to share what I learned and making new friends with each other. Also, it was a amazing time to get new experiences of leading group of students which I could learned and understand of leadership characteristic, approach with new people, appreciate, and networking. All of those are lesson that I learned outside the class and get practices with it.
